Osteopathy is a physical therapy used to treat conditions stemming from musculoskeletal issues. Osteopaths use a range of techniques including manipulation of the spine and joints. mobilisation, stretching and soft tissue work.
We treat many patients for back , joint , muscle pain, sports injuries and much more.
By identifying the cause of the patient's pain we can tailor a treatment plan to their needs.

After graduating in 1998 from the London School of Osteopathy Paul undertook a further two years training in Paediatric and Cranial Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children and the Sutherland Cranial College. In 2016 he completed his MSC at the British School of Osteopathy . He treats a wide range of patients from newborns to older age patients and uses his extensive knowledge of functional anatomy to understand the cause of the patients pain. Paul uses soft tissue, structural, cranial and visceral approaches tailoring his treatment to the unique needs of the patient. Special interests, sports injuries,cervico-genic head aches and respiratory disease.
